The x1000 from innovatiQ is the largest 3D printer with a closed build space, made in Germany, and designed for the production of XXL components made of PLA. The 3D printer prints large parts or multiple smaller parts simultaneously in industrial quality and is versatile for applications in prototyping, small batch production, mold making, design or architecture.

Technical features

Closed installation space with door switch

The x1000 has a particularly large installation space (1000 x 800 x 600 mm) that is self-contained. The professional ventilation system ensures high-quality printing results. The automatic door lock provides safety and prevents unauthorized opening of the door during printing.

Safety features for industrial use

The x1000 is equipped with all the necessary safety functions for industrial use. This includes a closed control cabinet and an emergency stop switch, which serve the requirements for safe operation in industrial environments. A CO2-based 2-fold fire protection system is optionally available.

The x1000 has an enclosed XXL build envelope and is equipped with all the necessary safety features for industrial use.

The x1000 can be operated intuitively via a touchscreen. The material is fed automatically via Direct Drive.

Intuitive operation

The industrial computer of the x1000 can be operated intuitively via the large touchscreen. The network connection is established via Ethernet and WLAN. This makes it easy to any print job.

Direct Drive Material Feed

Filament is managed automatically via the Direct Drive material feed system. This ensures closed and transition-free material feed, automatically even after material changes. In the process, a two-point sensor system prevents faulty prints caused by a lack of material feed.

DD3 printhead technology with hotend

The x1000 uses DD3 extruder technology with full metal hotend. The drive technology in the print head is designed to eliminate the need for readjustment. The contact pressure in the nozzles can be varied. Nozzle replacement is quick and easy.

Full-Metal-Hotend

The full-metal hotend is heat-resistant and can be heated up to 290°C.

Fast and highly accurate

The x1000 is characterized by speed and high accuracy in the printing process. With 0.1 mm minimum layer thickness, the 3D printer prints are clean and precise.
