PA CF Filament
The high-performance polyamide FiberThree F3 PA-CF Pro is based on the polymer PA6 and has a 15% by weight carbon fiber reinforcement. The carbon fiber content gives this PA CF filament enormous strength and rigidity.
In addition to its excellent mechanical properties, good surface quality and high chemical and thermal resistance, this material is a promising 3D filament for industrial applications and is therefore used to generate extremely lightweight and durable components. The FiberThree F3 PA-CF Pro also provides excellent adhesion.
Due to the abrasive nature of this PA CF filament, the use of a hardened nozzle is advantageous. The fibre content minimizes shrinkage and thus warping during the printing process with 3D printing systems, so that printing is still easy.
