PET CF15 BASF Ultrafuse Filament für 3D Druck
Ultrafuse PET CF15 is a carbon fiber-reinforced PET (polyethylene terephthalate). With its precisely matched material properties, it is suitable for a wide range of technical applications. The filament is very stiff and resilient due to the 15% fiber reinforcement. It is chemically resistant and heat-resistant. With its high dimensional stability and low abrasiveness, the material is easy to print – it can be printed directly onto glass or a PEI sheet. PET CF15 is compatible with BVOH (Soluble) and HiPS (Breakaway) as support material and has an excellent surface quality. Ultrafuse filaments guarantee high color fidelity thanks to the quality-controlled production process.

Processing information
- For excellent layer adhesion, a layer height of 0.2 mm is recommended. Lower layer heights can also lead to clogging of the nozzle.
- We also recommend a nozzle diameter of at least 0.6 mm to prevent the nozzle from clogging. For good strength and aesthetic results, the EXTRUSION WIDTH should be set to the nozzle diameter.
